These are preliminary terms for an informational website published while the organization completes its initial launch.
Current status of the organization
Affordable Community Holdings Corp. is an early-stage nonprofit organization. It is not a certified Community Development Financial Institution, it is not licensed as a lender, and it does not currently originate, broker, arrange, service or fund loans of any kind. It intends to pursue CDFI certification and all required lending licenses and approvals, but neither has been obtained.
No offer and no lending
Nothing on this website is an offer, solicitation, commitment or invitation to make or apply for a loan, extension of credit, deposit account, mortgage, down-payment assistance, security or any other regulated financial product. This site does not accept credit applications, loan requests, prequalification requests or borrower intake of any kind, and no rate, term, amount, approval or timeline is offered or implied. Any financing programs described anywhere on this site are planned or proposed only, and would be offered — if at all — solely after the required certifications, licenses, approvals, funding and compliance systems are in place.
